POF (Proof of Focus)
POF is our proprietary proof of focus system that measures the quality and effectiveness of your work sessions.
- Score Range: 0-100 points
- Factors: Session duration, planning accuracy, anti-cheat compliance
- Purpose: Validates genuine focus time for team productivity tracking
Anti-Cheat Focus Session
A single timer session designed with integrity measures to ensure authentic productivity tracking.
Three-Part Structure:
1. Pre-Planning
Form to declare what you will accomplish in the session
2. Timer
Focused countdown period tracking actual work time
3. Post-Submission
Locked form collecting execution results and outcomes
Anti-Cheat Features: Pre-planning data locks post-session fields, preventing retroactive changes and ensuring honest productivity reporting.
Evolution & Expansion:
This system continuously evolves with enhanced tracking, better validation methods, and expanded data collection to provide more accurate productivity insights.
Focus Loop
A series of multiple Anti-Cheat Focus Sessions performed consecutively with proper breaks between each session.
Recommended Break: AT LEAST 5 minutes between each session for water, restroom, snack, or brief rest before starting the next session.
Example Focus Loop:

- 5-minute break (water, stretch, etc.)
