Anti-Cheat Focus Session

A single timer session designed with integrity measures to ensure authentic productivity tracking.

Three-Part Structure:
1. Pre-Planning

Form to declare what you will accomplish in the session

2. Timer

Focused countdown period tracking actual work time

3. Post-Submission

Locked form collecting execution results and outcomes

Anti-Cheat Features: Pre-planning data locks post-session fields, preventing retroactive changes and ensuring honest productivity reporting.
Evolution & Expansion:

This system continuously evolves with enhanced tracking, better validation methods, and expanded data collection to provide more accurate productivity insights.

Complete Anti-Cheat Workflow

Focus Loop

A series of multiple Anti-Cheat Focus Sessions performed consecutively with proper breaks between each session.

Recommended Break: AT LEAST 5 minutes between each session for water, restroom, snack, or brief rest before starting the next session.
Example Focus Loop:
  1. Session 1: Pre-plan → 25min timer → Post-submit
  2. 5-minute break (water, stretch, etc.)
  3. Session 2: Pre-plan → 25min timer → Post-submit
  4. 5-minute break
  5. Session 3: Pre-plan → 25min timer → Post-submit
