What is POF scoring?

POF (Proof of Focus) scores rate your session quality from 0-100 based on planning, completion, and focus indicators.

Can I change session length?

Sessions are 25 minutes (Pomodoro technique). You can set custom short (5min) and long (15min) break durations in settings.

What happens if I cancel a session?

Cancelled sessions are tracked with partial POF scoring. Your streak continues if you had a good reason (meeting, etc).

How does anti-cheat work?

Desktop apps monitor actual focus time with background detection. Web timer uses tab visibility and timestamp validation.

How do I set up Slack integration?

Team admins can configure Slack webhooks in Team Settings. Test the connection before going live with your team.

Can managers see individual performance?

How do I invite team members?

Do sessions sync between devices?

How do I get API access?
