What's the difference between individual and team projects?

Why do I see duplicate project names?
You might have both individual and team projects with the same name. Consider deleting one type to reduce confusion.
Can I make projects to group my sessions by project?

Can I run reports?

What is POF scoring?
POF (Proof of Focus) scores rate your session quality from 0-100 based on planning, completion, and focus indicators.
Can I change session length?
Sessions are 25 minutes (Pomodoro technique). You can set custom short (5min) and long (15min) break durations in settings.
What happens if I cancel a session?
Cancelled sessions are tracked with partial POF scoring. Your streak continues if you had a good reason (meeting, etc).
How does anti-cheat work?
Desktop apps monitor actual focus time with background detection. Web timer uses tab visibility and timestamp validation.
How do I set up Slack integration?
Team admins can configure Slack webhooks in Team Settings. Test the connection before going live with your team.
Can managers see individual performance?
Yes, team dashboards show member productivity, POF scores, and session counts while respecting privacy settings.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Team Management and add members by username. They'll get instant access to team projects and features.
What are team roles?
ADMIN (full control), MANAGER (oversight + member management), MEMBER (session tracking only).
Should I use the desktop app or web timer?
Desktop apps (Mac/Windows) provide better anti-cheat and background monitoring. Web timer is great for quick sessions and shows countdown in browser tab.
Do sessions sync between devices?
Yes! All sessions sync in real-time. Start on desktop, check progress on web, or switch between devices seamlessly.
How do I get API access?

I found a bug, where do I report it?
Contact support through your team dashboard or email us directly. Include session ID and steps to reproduce the issue.

Can I cancel anytime?
